Update 17/03/2020: Paper copiy requests of certificates have been suspended until further notice. Users that complete a course can still download the certificate for saving and printing on their own devices.

Once you have completed a course you will have access to a personalised certificate. You can print this certificate yourself and/or request a printed copy from schülke. All requests for printed certificates will be posted the following week. Your certificate will remain on your account for future reference.
Yes, all of our e-learning courses are completely free.
Simply register to the website and then go to any of the course pages and click on 'Go to course', to start learning. All of the courses that you access will be added to your 'My Courses' page. You can use your email address and password to log back into your account at anytime.
In order to complete a course you should go through all of the learning materials and you must pass all of the module test in the course. There is no limit to the number of times that you can retake a module test, should you fail.
Once you have access to a course you can add as many people as you like to that course.
To do this log into your account and go to the 'My Courses' page. Then find the course and click on 'Add users to training'. Enter the name, email address and a registration number (this is optional and could be an industry/company registration number or equivalent). Your colleague will then be sent a confirmation email with their login details.
It is your responsibility to gain permission from people that you add to a course.
You can close down the website at anytime when learning the content and come back to the training later. However, if you close down the website whilst you are taking a module test then your progress will be lost.
Some courses require a code in order to gain access. 'Limited Access' courses are usually exclusive to certain organisations. It is the responsibility of these organisations to communicate the access code to their members.

Wherever possible, courses are accredited by relevant industry organisations and/or independently verified by the CPD Certification Service to ensure the course is compatible with global CPD principles.
Our courses are compatible with a variety of internet browsers and devices including computers, tablets and smart phones with internet access. Most courses contain videos with audio, so speakers or headphones are required.
Most courses will expire 12 months after you first accessed the course. However, each course can be completed in your own time and there is no time limit.
The length of our e-learning courses vary between 30 minutes and 2 hours. Please refer to your specified course for more details.
If you have trouble accessing the videos please check that you have a stable internet connection. You should also make sure that the volume is turned up and if you are listening through headphones that they are plugged in properly. If you are still having trouble and you believe that it is a fault with the course itself then please contact our Sheffield office on 0114 254 3500.
In the unlikely event that you have issues viewing your certificate you can report this to us by email to ukmarketing.sm@schuelke.com.
All courses are in written in the English language and, where applicable, contain English audio.
